不同温度和保存条件对鸢尾属植物花粉活力的影响

摘　　要：主要研究鸢尾在不同贮藏条件下保存的花粉活力的变化,以及温度对花粉管萌发和生长的影响。结果表明,鸢尾花粉耐贮性不强,在4℃干燥条件下可贮藏8 d左右。在25℃时花粉萌发率高,生长快。The variation of pollen vigor of Iris in the different storage conditions was studied and the germination and the growth of pollen tube in different temperatures were also studied. The result indicated that stored-resistmat of Iris pollen was not strong amd it could be stored for 8 days at 4 ℃ and dry condition, The pollen germination rate was high and the pollen tube grew quickly at 25 ℃.
