摘 要:选用体重分别约为20和50kg的猪480和300头,均按完全区组设计分为试验组和对照组,研究了低蛋白日粮对生长肥育猪生产性能和猪肉品质的影响。对照组2个阶段(20~50和50~90k)分别饲喂粗蛋白含量为18.5%和16%的高蛋白日粮;试验组饲喂粗蛋白含量为15.5%和14%的低蛋白日粮。只补加赖氨酸。结果表明:以真可消化氨基酸需要量标准配制生长肥育猪饲料,粗蛋白水平降低12.5%-16.2%,对生长肥育猪生产性能、屠宰性能以及猪肉品质的影响均不显著(p〉0.05);而且在背膘厚、系水力等指标上还略有优化趋势,经济效益也明显提高。480 growing pigs and 300 finishing pigs, average weight of initial body of about 20 kg and 50 kg, were divided randomly into two groups to study the effects of low protein diets on the performance and nutrient digestibility. The pigs in the control groups(20 - 50 kg and 50 - 90 kg) were fed with high protein diet of 18.5% and 16% protein level; and the pigs in trial groups were fed respectively with low protein diet of 15.5% and 14% protein level supplemented with lysine. The results showed that while the lysine was added in diet and protein level was reduced by 12.5% - 16.2%, no significant differences were in daily grain and feed conversion efficiency(p 〉0.05) and no significant differences were observed in carcass quality(p 〉0.05), which could save feed costs and reduce the pollution of N and P in enviromnent.
