摘  要:2005年7-10月,在常德市丹洲镇、河茯镇、东郊乡的三湖村、桑场、石灰村、和平村取点,调查滨湖水牛体内寄生虫区系,确定寄生虫的种类、优势虫种及防治方法。结果:检出滨湖水牛感染寄生虫分属11科、13种,其中吸虫4种、绦虫2种、线虫7种;优势虫种是捻转血矛线虫(Haemonchus contortus)、扩展莫尼茨绦虫(M.expansa)和犊新蛔虫(Neoascaris vitulorum);用0.2mg/kg阿维菌素口服,7d后再口服15mg/kg丙硫苯咪唑,联合驱虫,可取得显著的经济效益。We investigated the parasites faunae of Binhu Buffalo in digestive tract in Changde, which was undertaken in three countries during july and October In 2005 .rlhe datums were got from Sanhu village and Shangchang village, Heping village and Shihui village, rlhe species, dominant species and dynamic trend of parasites of Binhu Buffalo were examined in the survey. Method of prevention and treatment was made. rlhe result indicated that the parasites of Binhu Buffalo infection had 11 families and 13 genue, including Trematode, 4 kinds; Cestode, 2 kinds and Wireworm, 7 kinds, The dominant species in digestive tract of Binhu Buffalo were Haemanchus contortus and M. expansa and Neoascaris vitulonon. After examination, Avermectines were taken orally with the dose of 0.2 mg/kg weight of Buffalo. Seven days later, Albendazoles were taken orally with the dose of 15 mg/kg weight of Buffalo. The significant benefits with the two drugs to dispel parasites together could be obtained.
