摘　　要：概述栝楼遗传育种及种质鉴定的研究现状,提出应当加强分子生物学在这两方面的应用,从而促进栝楼市场的健康发展,实现栝楼资源的可持续利用。In this paper the present situation of genetic breeding and species identification of Trichasanthes kirilowii Maxim was introduced and that the application of molecular biology research in this two fields should he strengthened was put forward so that the healthy development of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim would be promoted and the sustainable utilization of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim resources would be realized.
