摘  要:分析了南阳烟区不同年份烤烟主要化学成分的变化趋势。结果表明:烟叶化学成分在不同年份间存在着广泛的变异,总糖、总氮、烟碱、氯、还原糖、钾、糖碱比、氮碱比和钾氯比的年度间差异均达到了极显著水平。总氮的变异系数(17%)最小,比较稳定;钾氯比的变异系数(89%)最大,较不稳定。南阳烟叶氮碱比适宜,总糖含量较高,但钾氯比偏低。控制烟叶总糖含量,协调糖碱比,提高钾氯比是今后南阳烟叶品质的改良方向。The vafiation tendency of the chemical components of flue-cured tobacco in the different years in Nanyang rarea was analyzed and the results indicated that there existed extensive variation among chemical components in different years. The difference of total sugar, total nitrogen, nicotine, chlofine, reducing sugar, potassium, ratio of total sugar to nicotine, the ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine and the ratio of potassium to chlorine among years were significant at 1% level. The variation coefficient of total nitrogen(17 % ) was the smallest and more stable. The biggest variation coefficient, which was more unstable, was 89% of the ratio of potassium to chlorine. These were features of Nanyang flue-cured tobacco leaf, in which the ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine always was in optimum range and the content of total sugar was kept with higher level, however the ratio of potassium to chlorine was below the optimum range. The next direction to develop quality of Nanyang flue-cured tobacco leaf was to control the content of total sugar, to hamaonize ratio of total sugar to nicotine and to improve ratio of potassium to chlorine.
