摘　　要：本文报告氯甲烷中毒２１例。本病临床表现复杂多样，以中枢神经系统症状为主。氯甲烷接触史是诊断的重要依据。早期诊断与治疗是获得良好预后的关键。脑活素、维生素Ｃ，１．６－二磷酸果糖对本病有明显疗效。The article reported 21 cases with choloromethane poisoning,which pre-sented a variety of clinical features and syptoms of centeral never system were the dominantpresentation. Contact history provided important basis of diagnosis.Early diagnosis andtreatment were the key for a good prognosis. Cerebrolysin,vatamine C and 1,6-diphospho-fructose were effectiveto the disease.
