摘　　要：图书馆办公室在馆内挡案管理工作中扮演着重要角色,肩负图书馆挡案收集、掌管、传播、开发与利用的实际职责,在协调图书馆的多项工作中,起到其他职能部门所代替不了的作用。侧重论述了网络环境下图书馆办公室档案管理工作的创新思路。The office of library plays a very important role in the file management of libraries. It is also responsible for the eolleetion, storage, diffusion, exploitation and utilization of library files. Therefore, in harmonizing many sorts of library works, the function of library office cannot be replaced by other functional departments. In this paper the innovative thought of web-based file managment of library office was mainly discussed.
