股骨头缺血坏死的手术治疗

摘　　要：股骨头缺血坏死症近来有增加趋势。该病病因复杂，难以早期确诊。我科自1987年3月对各期股骨头缺血坏死症应用滑膜切除血管束植入术及带血管蒂髂骨瓣转位移植术15例18个髋关节，经随访半年到8年余，效果良好。According to the recent clinical review,it seemed that the incidence of avascular necrosis of the femoral head to be increased. But its pathogenesis is complex and difficult to gain over an early diagnosis and efficient trcatment. Since march 1987. 15 cases of avascular necrosis of the femoral head had been operated by the ways of synovectomy and arteriovenous loop implantutior and the iliac transposition basedom deep circumflese iliac vessels in our department and followed up to 8 years. The emphasis of this athele is on the early diagnosis of avascular necrosis of the femoral head and how to select the ways of Operation during the clinical developing periods of the disease and key points of operation.
