摘　　要：城市水工业是一种传统的基础企业，由于其自动化系统发展较慢，已跟不上我国其他行业的水平。21世纪是数字化、信息化和网络化时代，随着计算机技术、网络技术、虚拟技术、嵌入式技术以及各种先进控制技术的迅猛发展，只有借助现代化的自动化技术，才能创建保持经济持续发展的新型水企业。Urban water industry has a long tradition of foundational enterprise. Its atttomation technical level remains at an undeveloped stage as its automation system develops slowly. The 21 th century is the years of digitalization, information amt network. With the great development of computer technology, network technology, virtual technology, embedded technology and all kinds of advanced control technique, it only needs the aid of modernized automation technologies to establish new water enterprises of keeping continuous economic benefit.
