摘  要:以苯乙烯、丙烯腈在添加质量分数为5%~15%的乙苯作稀释剂的条件下,进行热引发连续本体聚合,合成了无规苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物。研究了共聚物中丙烯腈含量对其物理性能的影响。结果表明,共聚物中丙烯腈含量增加,共聚物的密度、拉伸强度和弯曲强度均相应地提高,而冲击强度、维卡软化温度及硬度变化不明显。With 5 %- 15 % ( by mass fraction) ethyl-benzene as diluent, styrene-acrylonitrile random copolymer was synthesized by means of the continuous bulk polymerization of styrene and acrylonitrile initiated by heating. The effect of acrylonitrile content on the mechanical properties of the copolymer was studied. The result showed with the increase of the acrylonitrile content, the density, tensile strength, and bending strength of the copolymer increased at the same time, while the impact strength, Vicat softening temperature and hardness of the copolymer changed little.
