体育教师职业特征的演变与发展趋势

摘　　要：体育教师作为一种职业在清末形成初期具有师傅的特征,在民国时期具有技师的特征,在新中国体育教师才逐渐具有教师的特征。随着时代的发展,体育教师的职业特征将由技术体育型向以弘扬民族传统体育精髓和以奥林匹克文化传播为中心的人文体育型转变,并向科技化、信息化、全球化、个性化和弘扬先进体育文化的方向发展。As a profession, P. E. teachers owned the characteristics of masters at the and of Qing Dynasty, of technicians in the early years of Republic of China,and those of teachers in P. R. China. With the development of the era,the professional characteristics of P. E. teachers change from the technological to the humane style which focuses on the development of national and traditional P.E. spirit, and spread of Olympic cuhrue. The development trend lies with science and technology, information, globalization, individualism and the deve lopment of advanced P.E. culture.
