摘　　要：面对高等教育的深化改革和现代信息技术及数字化资源迅速发展的新形势,高校图书馆的现代化要从馆舍条件、软硬件配置、文献资源等方面加快建设步伐,在业务与日常工作中要采取有效措施加强科学规范化的组织管理。In the new situation of deepening the reform of higher education and the fast development of modern information technology and digital resources,we should speed up the construction of college library from such aspects as library condition, software and hardware mechanism, and documents. We should also take effective measures to enhance the scientific and standard organizational management in library business and daily work.
