摘　　要：文章对梳棉机加装后固定盖板及棉网清洁器的研究现状进行了较为详尽的分析探讨。梳棉机加装后固定盖板及棉网清洁器对生条和成纱质量是有利的,而且同时加装效果更佳;后固定盖板的隔距一般来说应与后罩板和锡林的隔距相关联,对于国产A系列梳棉机,后固定盖板隔距一般采用0.5～0.6mm;后固定盖板的根数一般为2～6根(以3～4根居多),不宜过多。The current situation of research on using additionalcarding device at the back plate of local-made carding machinesis elaborated in this paper. Adding additional back stationaryflats or web cleaner to existing carding machine can helpimprove the quality of both silver and the resulted yarn, whileeven better results can be achieved by incorporating both ofthem at the same time. The gauge of back stationary flats isgenerally correlated with the gauge between back plate andcylinder. On the A family local-made carding machines, thegauge of back stationary flats is 0.5-0.6 mm and usually 2-6(often 3-4) back stationary flats are used.
