摘　　要：通过建成投入使用的北京建国门内危改住宅工程实例,探讨了城市危改住宅设计的内在规律,为城市居住者提供一个经济舒适、以人为本的现代居住空间环境,并提出了危改住宅的精密设计概念。By the case of Jianguomennei renovation of dangerous dwelling house project completed and used in Beijing , this article discusses the inherent design laws of the renovation of dangerous dwelling house , so as to provide economical comfortble and humanist modern living space for urban residents, and proposes the elaborate design to the renovation of dangerous dwelling house
