摘 要:分别用高温固相反应法及溶胶一凝胶法合成了Ba1.03Ce0.8Gd0.2O3-α固体电解质,测定了两种方法合成样品的结构和600℃~1000℃时的氢-空气燃料电池性能.结果表明,两种方法合成的样品均为钙钛矿型斜方晶结构,用溶胶一凝胶法合成的粉体的烧结温度为1450℃,比高温固相法的烧结温度(1650℃)降低了200℃,其燃料电池具有更好的性能.Ba1.03Ce0.8Gd0.2O3-α solid electrolytes were synthesized by high-temperature solid state reaction and Sol-Gel method, respectively. Their structures and fuel cell performances at 6000C - 100012 were determined and studied. The results indicated that they consisted of a single phase of orthorhombic perovskite-type BaCeO3, the sintering temperature for the sample by sol-gel method was 1450 ℃, which was 200 ℃ lower than that for the ,rumple by high-temperature solid state reaction, and the sample by sol-gel method showed the higher fuel cell performance.
