摘  要:目的探讨三叶虫茶的降血压作用及作用机制。方法采用两肾一夹法复制大鼠肾性高血压模型(2K1C-RHR),观察三叶虫茶对该大鼠降血压过程中血浆降钙素相关基因肽(CGRP)含量的改变,分析该变化与血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平的关系,并与六味地黄丸、卡托普利进行对照。结果肾性高血压大鼠血压值显著升高,血浆CGRP含量降低,AngⅡ水平升高;三叶虫茶高、低剂量对此有不同程度的改善。结论三叶虫茶对2K1C-RHR有降血压效应;而升高CGRP含量、调节AngⅡ水平使血管扩张,是三叶虫茶降血压作用的机制之一。Objective Inquire into the function and mechanisms of Sanye Insect tea of lowering the blood pressure. Method The rat model of renal hypertension was replicated by aqueezing two kidneys (2KIC-RHR) to observe the blood pressure-lowering process of Sanye Insect tea on the change of the content of CGRP, analysis the change with the relation of the AngⅡ level, and compare with Liuwei Dihuang and Captopril Tablets. Result The blood pressure value of renal hypertension rats obviously increased, the blood plasma CGRP lowered and the level of Ang Ⅱ increased. High and low dosages of Sanye Insect tea had this improvement of different degree. Conclusion Sanye Insect tea has the effect of lowering the blood pressure of 2KIC-RHR. Incressing the content of CGRP and regulating the level of AngⅡ to make blood vessel extend is one of the function mechanism of Sanye Insect tea.
