聚合酶链反应检测结核杆菌的质量控制探讨

摘　　要：应用ＰＣＲ技术，同时设立各种质量控制实验，对５３例结核病人痰标本中结核杆菌的检测分析结果显示：通过设立各种质量控制实验，可以提高ＰＣＲ技术的灵敏度（ＰＣＲ—ＴＢ阳性检出率由４９．０６％增加到６６．０４％）、特异性及结果的可信度。避免各种抑制因子造成假阴性，使ＰＣＲ技术得到进一步完善。Sputum specimens from 53 cases of tuberculosis were studied to test the tubercle bacillus using PCR and various QC trial. The result showed that the QC trial may improve the sensitivity (the postive ratio increased from 49.06% to 66.04%) the specificity of PCR and the relibility of the test result. The false negative caused by control factors was avoided and the PCR technology was perfected.
