摘  要:目的探讨实验性减压病兔脊髓bFGF的改变及高压氧对其影响。方法实验家兔随机分为7组:正常组、减压病3 h组、减压病3 d组、高压氧3 h组、高压氧3 d组、常氧高压氮3 h组、常氧高压氮3 d组。采用快速减压方法制备减压病模型,用免疫组织化学方法检测胸髓及腰髓中bFGF表达。结果(1)快速减压后各组bFGF表达均较正常组增加(P<0.01),3 h组之间无差异(P>0.05);(2)减压病3 d组较3 h组bFGF表达显著增高(P<0.01),高压氧3 d组较3 h组显著降低(P<0.01),常氧高压氮3 d组较3 h组有所降低(P<0.05);(3)高压氧3 d组与常氧高压氮3 d组均较减压病3 d组显著降低(P<0.01),高压氧3 d组较常氧高压氮3 d组降低(P<0.05)。结论减压病脊髓损伤后bFGF表达增加;高压氧和常氧高压氮对减压病脊髓损伤起保护作用,高压氧效果优于常氧高压氮。Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on the expressions of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in rabbits with experimental decompression sickness (DCS). Methods Methods Rabbits were randomly divided into 7 groups: normal control group,DCS 3 h group,DCS 3 d group,HBO 3 h group, HBO 3 d group,normal oxygen hyperbaric nurogen(NOHN) 3 h group,NOHN 3 d group. Rabbit DCS model were included by quick decompression method. Immunohistochemical method was used to examine the bFGF expressions in thoracic spinal cord and in lumbar spinal cord. Results ( 1 ) The bFGF expressions in rabbit spinal cord would increase after quick decompression, but there were no differences in 3 h groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). (2) The bFGF expression in DCS 3 d group was significantly higher than that of DCS 3 h group(P 〈0.01) ;compared with HBO 3 h group,the bFGF expression in the HBO 3 d group decreased significantly (P 〈0. 01 ) ,and that in the NOHN 3 d group decreased (P〈0.05). (3) The bFGF expression in HBO 3 d group and NOHN 3 d group was lower than that DCS 3 d group ( P 〈 0. 01 ), and that in HBO 3 d group was lower than that in NOHN 3 d group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclsions Results Conclusions The bFGF expression in rabbit spinal cord would increase after DCS. Both HBO and NOHN can protect spinal cord injury after diving, and HBO was superior to NOHN.
