芎归滴丸降低Ⅱ型糖尿病的血液粘度

摘　　要：通过４５名Ⅱ型糖尿病人服用研制的芎归滴丸前后自身对照，观察到有关血液粘度检查指标及甲皱微循环有显著差异和改变（Ｐ＜０．０１），结果表明，芎归滴丸是降低Ⅱ型糖尿病血液粘度、改善微循环、预防并发症的理想中成药。在降糖药的治疗基础上，配合服用疗效更好。并对其作用机理进行探讨。cases of adult-onset diabetic patients who took Chuan Xiong-Dang Gui bolus that we prepared by ourselves were observed. We found that it improved the viscosity of blood and microcirculation of nail fold significantly ( P <0.01). Chuan Xiong-Dang Gui bolus is good medicine for diabetes which can reduce viscosity of blood, improve microcirculation and prevent complications. On the base of other medicines we used, the curative effect is batter whan we added Chuan Xiong-Dang Gui bolus. Finally, we discussed the effective mechanism of the Chuan Xiong-Dang Giu bolus.
