摘  要:目的研究不同剂量γ射线照射后红细胞制剂中IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α等细胞因子含量的变化,以得出最佳的γ射线辐照量。方法以15、20、25、30、35Gy5个不同梯度辐照量照射保存前的红细胞制剂,并分别于0、1、2、3、4周后检测制剂中细胞因子含量。结果对照组和照射组的细胞因子含量均随保存时间延长而显著增加,但对照组中细胞因子含量增加更为明显;而在同一保存时间对照组中细胞因子含量高于照射组(P<0.05),但25、30、35Gy3个照射组细胞因子含量相差不显著(P>0.05)。结论辐照血最佳γ射线辐照量为25Gy。Objective To study the effect of γ-ray radiation at different dose on the cytokine levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in stored red blood cells and to determine the optimal γ-ray dose for preparing the stored blood. Methods The cytokine levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in the stored blood were studied by ELISA immediately or in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th week after γ-ray irradiation at the dose of 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 Gy. Results The content of cytokines increased with prolonged storage time both in irradiated blood and control blood, more significantly in control blood, and to the stored blood of the same storage time, the levels of the cytokines in control blood were higher than those in irradiated blood ( P 〈 0.05 ), but the levels of the cytokines in irradiated blood showed no significant changes when the irradiation dose was 25, 30 and 35 Gy ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The optimal irradiation dose for blood storage is 25 Gy.
