摘  要:研究了稀土钕的添加及固溶处理对AM60镁合金显微组织和常温力学性能的影响。结果表明:稀土Nd的加入能显著提高合金的抗拉强度σb、屈服强度σ0.2、伸长率δ。AM60合金中加入Nd后,与Al形成针状的稀土化合物Al11Nd3,使合金中的γ相Mg17Al12数量减少,合金组织得到细化。固溶处理(T4)后,-γMg17Al12相溶解,热稳定性较高的稀土化合物相并未溶解,使合金的抗拉强度进一步提高。AM60-1.5%Nd合金具有最好的显微组织和力学性能,但Nd加入量过高,反而使合金的性能降低。Effects of Neodymium additions and solid solution treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of AM60 magnesium alloys at room temperature were investigated. The results showed that the ultimate tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of AM60 alloys improve prominently by addition of Nd. New phase Al11Nd3 is formed after that Nd was added to the AM60 alloys. The size and amount of Mg17Al12 (X) phase are decreased because of the Al11Nd3 formation. After the solid solution treatment (T4), the X-Mg17Al12 phase is dissolved, and rare earth phase with heat stability isn't dissolved. The alloys' mechanical properties can be improved further. AM60 alloys with 1.5% Nd addition has the best microstructure and properties in our study, however, more Nd addition makes the properties worse.
