摘  要:对采用电子束物理气相沉积(EB-PVD)技术制备Ni-20.3Cr-4.6Co-2.1Al高温合金薄板的微观组织结构进行了研究。结果表明:制备态合金薄板相组成为-γNi基固溶体,不存在第二相。合金在制备过程中的宏观、微观应力以及晶粒细化作用,导致相同位置衍射峰叠加,产生衍射峰宽化现象,具有不对称性。在OM和SEM下观察组织致密均匀、晶粒细化,晶粒间耐蚀程度存在差异;TEM观察其组织结构,存在应变条纹,亚结构缺陷主要为孪晶;AFM三维形貌图反映出晶粒光整、没有棱面,说明合金蒸气在结晶时,发生由气相→液相→固相的转变过程。The microstructure of Ni-20.3Cr-4.6Co-2.1Al sheet prepared by Electron Beam Physical Vapor Deposition (EB-PVD) in the as-deposited state was studied. The results showthat the phase in the as-deposited state is γ-Ni solid solution and there is no second-phase. As the effect of macrostress, micro-stress and grain refinement during the preparation of the alloy results in interaction of diffraction peaks, subsequently the diffraction peaks are broadened and asymmetry The results analyzed by OM and SEM that the microstructure is dense and has refined grains, and intergranular corrosion resistance is different; TEM results shows that strain stripe exists in mcrostructure and substructure are mainly twins. AFM three-dimensional morphology shows that grains are slick without prism. It indicates that superalloy vapour changes from vapour phase---liquid phase---solid phase when it crystallize.
