摘 要:选择合理的化学成分及热处理工艺是提高ZG30SiMnCr钢的耐磨性性能的重要手段。研究了Si及等温淬火工艺对ZG30SiMnCr钢耐磨性的影响规律。结果表明,采用相同的等温淬火工艺处理试样,随着硅含量的增加,试样的耐磨性均有不同程度的增加。含硅量相同时,采用300℃×60 min等温淬火工艺处理试样的耐磨性优于280℃×45 min等温淬火工艺。用扫描电镜对试样磨损表面观察发现,其磨损形式是以微观切削磨损机制为主,磨损表面形貌主要是划痕和犁沟。硅含量为0.9%时,试样的磨损表面出现少量剥落现象。The appropriate chemical composition and heat treatment are very effective to enhance the wear resistance of ZG30SiMnCr. The effects of Si and austempering on the wear-resistance of ZG30CrMnSi were investigated. The results show that the wear-resistance of the alloy ZG30SiMnCr austempered by the same technology increases to some extent with increase of Si. The wear- resistance of ZG30CrMnSi austempered at 300 ℃ holding for 60 min is better than that at 280 ℃ holding for 45 min. The worn surfaces of samples were observed by SEM. It was found that the main wear mechanism is micro-cutting, and worn surface morphology mainly consists of wear craters and furrow. A slight spalling phenomenon occurred on the worn surface of the sample with 0.9% Si.
