摘  要:采用液态模锻工艺生产直径190系列的铝活塞,生产工艺与传统的金属型重力铸造相比有较大区别,其铸造废品形式和形成原因也大不相同。根据液态模锻的理论依据,结合具体生产实践,对铝活塞液态模锻工艺的铸造缺陷产生原因进行了试验研究和分析,并分别设计了相应的解决措施去消除缺陷,然后通过大批量生产和跟踪调查,对措施的有效性进行了改进、修正和评价,使铝活塞液态模锻工艺更加合理。综合多年的实践,在文中列举并分析了铝活塞液态模锻工艺生产过程中经常出现的铸造缺陷形式、成因和解决措施。The technology of liquid forging used for the production of series of aluminum alloy pistons with 190 mm diameter is quite different from mould gravity casting, its casting-defects s and cause of formation are also I different. The cause of casting defects of liquid forging technology was experimentally studied and analyzed based on the theory of liquid forging combined with production practice, and the anti-measures are taken to eliminate the casting defects, and then modification, correction and evaluation are made on the validity of those measures through mass production and following investigation, and make the liquid forging technology more reasonable. The common casting defects, cause of formation and the solution of aluminum alloy piston liquid forging are enumerated and analyzed.
