摘　　要：随着科学发展观的深入落实,我国的生态工业园区得到前所未有的大发展,作为引导其发展的政策在其发展中起到至关重要的作用。从公共政策分析的角度对我国生态工业园区发展政策进行审视,归纳了我国现行政策的缺陷,提出了“指令+市场+科技+意识”的矫正方案。With the deep execution of the notion of scientific development,the guiding policy is playing an important role in the great development of eco-industrial parks in China. This paper has an overview of the developing policy of eco - industrial parks in the angle of analysis of public policy, concludes the dejects of the current policy, and proposes a corrective project - ＂instrucion ＋ market ＋ teehonology ＋ ideology＂.
