远志及其不同蜜炙品的镇咳祛痰作用对比研究

摘　　要：目的观察生远志与不同蜜远志(1,2,3,6号)对小鼠镇咳、祛痰作用的影响。方法采用浓氨水喷雾诱咳法和气管段酚红比色法,探索不同条件蜜炙后,对远志化痰功效有无影响。结果蜜远志2,3,6号和生远志8,4 g.kg-1组以及蜜远志1号4 g.kg-1组均组能显著减少小鼠的咳嗽次数(P<0.05);而生远志、蜜远志2号8 g.kg-1组又能极显著增加气管酚红的分泌量(P<0.01),蜜远志1,3,6号8 g.kg-1组、蜜远志1,2,3号4 g.kg-1组亦能显著增加气管酚红的分泌量(P<0.05)。结论各蜜远志与生远志均不同程度呈现镇咳、祛痰作用;远志通过不同条件蜜炙后,其祛痰、止咳作用仍然存在,并未受影响。Objective To inspect the influences on preventing cough and eliminating phlegm actions in mice between crude and various honey - stir - baked Radix Polygalae （No. 1,2,3,6）. Methods and Results Using the experiments of atomized strong aqua to induce cough and the phenolsulfonphthalein eolorimetry on a section of windpipe, to research whether processing wnder various conditions influence the preventing cough and eliminating phlegm actions of Radix Polygalae. Compared with the control, the result indicated that the 8 g·kg^-1 group , 4 g·kg^-1 group of honey - stir - baked Radix Polygalae（ No. 2,3,6） and crude could remarkably reduce mouse cough times（P 〈 0.05） ; the 8 g·kg^-1group of Honey -stir- baked Radix Polygalae （No2）and Crude could remarkably increase the secretory volume of windpipe （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the 8 g·kg^-1 group of honey - stir - baked Radix Polygalae （ No. 1,3,6） and the 4g·kg^-1 group of honey - stir - baked Radix Polygalae（ No. 1,2,3 ） also could remarkably increase the secretory volume of windpipe （P 〈0.05）. Namely each of honey - stir - baked Radix Polygalae and crude present the preventing cough and eliminating phlegm actions in different degree. Conclusion Hinting that processed under various conditions, the preventing cough and eliminating phlegm actions of Radix Polygalae still exist , and have not been affected. To integrate with the toxicity and calming the nerves experiments, Honey -stir- baked Radix Polygalae（ No. 3）is safer and more effective.
