摘  要:目的研究葛根素的抗衰老作用及机理。方法取SD大鼠40只,随机分为5组,生理盐水(老龄)对照组、小剂量(老龄)给药组、大剂量(老龄)给药组、VE(老龄)对照组,(少龄)对照组。给药4周,颈椎脱臼处死,检测心、脑、肝等组织中的SOD的活性和MDA的含量。结果葛根素对大鼠心、肝等组织中SOD活性显著升高,心、脑、肝等组织中MDA含量显著下降。结论葛根素具有抗衰老作用,其抗衰老作用的主要作用机制可能是提高SOD活性,降低MDA含量起作用的。Objective To study the anti - aging action and its mechanism of Puerarin. Methods 40 rats (SD) were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal saline control group,low dose Puerarin group, high dose Puerarin group,Vitamin E control group and young control group. The rats had been administered for 4 weeks and the activities of super oxide dismutase (SOD) and the levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) in hearts,brains and livers of rats were measured after the rats were killed . Results The activities of SOD obviously increased in hearts and livers and the levels of MDA decreased in hearts, brains and livers of Puerarin group rats. Conclusion Puerarin has anti - aging action and its mechanism maybe related to the increase of the SOD activity and the decrease of MDA level.
