双料喉风散与双料喉风含服片的抗菌作用实验

摘　　要：目的考察双料喉风散与双料喉风含服片的抗菌作用。方法采用体外抗菌实验法来测试“双料喉风”散剂和片剂对呼吸道常见的致病菌种的条件致病菌:金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、肺炎球菌、卡他球菌、白喉杆菌、伤寒杆菌、甲型付伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌和绿脓杆菌等10种菌的抗菌作用。结果“双料喉风”散剂和片剂对所试菌种均有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中散剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、白喉杆菌作用更为明显;片剂对白喉杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的作用较明显。结论“双料喉风”散剂和片剂具有广谱抗菌和较强的抗菌作用。Objectlve To evaluate the antibacterial effects of Shuangliao Houfeng San powder and tablet in vitro. Methods The antibacterial effects of Shuangliao Houfeng San powder and tablet were studied by test tube dilution method against bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus hemdytic, Streptococcus pneumoniae, catarrhalis, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Salmonella partyphi, Salmonella partyphi A, Shigella species, Escherichia coli and Pesudomonus aeruginosa. Results Both Shuangliao Houfeng San powder and tablets had inhibitory effects on all tested bacteria. Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus hemdytic and Corynebacterium diphtheriae were significantly suppressed by Shuangliao Hongfeng powder. At the same time, Corynebacterium diphtheriae and Staphylococcus aureus were effectively inhibited by Shuangliao Houfeng San tablet. Conclusion Shuangliao Houfeng San powder and tablet have effective antibacterial activities on various bacteria.
