银黄注射液体内外抗Ⅰ型疱疹病毒的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察银黄注射液的体内外抗疱疹病毒I型(HSV-I)作用。方法用HSV-I Sm44株颅内感染BALB/C小鼠复制动物模型,记录小鼠存活时间;用HSV-I Sm44株感染的Vero细胞为实验系统,观察细胞病变程度,从而了解银黄注射液抗HSV-I的药效。结果体外实验表明,先用药后感染病毒,银黄注射液0.22 mg.m-l1以上可抑制HSV-ⅠSm44株对Vero细胞的病理损伤,病毒唑0.25 mg.m-l1以上可抑制HSV-ⅠSm44株对Vero细胞的病理损伤,先感染HSV-Ⅰ后用药,银黄注射液0.22 mg.m l-1不能抑制Vero细胞的病理损伤;动物实验表明,静注66 mg.kg-1.d-1银黄注射液可显著延长感染HSV-ⅠSm44株的小鼠存活天数(P<0.01),作用优于病毒唑,肌注作用差。结论体外实验,银黄注射液阻断Ve-ro细胞感染HSV-ⅠSm44株作用强于对已感染该病毒的Vero细胞的保护作用;对HSV-ⅠSm44株感染小鼠有保护作用,静注比肌注效果好,静注大剂量保护作用优于病毒唑。Objective To investigate anti-herpes type-Ⅰ Sm44 viral effects of Yinhuang injection in vitro and in vivo. Methods The models of encephalic infection by HSV - ⅠSm44 in BALB/C mice and Vero cells infected by HSV - Ⅰ were used to record live time of mice,pathological changes of Vero cells, in order to observe the antiherpes effects of Yinhuang injection. Results In vitro, the pathological changes of Vero cells decreased after treatment with the dose of 0. 22 mg·ml^-1 Yinhuang injection. In vivo, intravenous injection with the dose of 66 mg · kg^-1·d^-1 Yinhuang obviously extended the live time of mice （ P 〈 0.01 ） ,this effect of Yinhuang injection was superior to that of Bingduzuo. But the effect of Yinhuang injection was not good by intramuscular injection. Conclusion In vitro, the effect of preventing HSV- Ⅰ infection is superior to the effect of protecting cells which have been infected by HSV- Ⅰ, In vivo, the effect of Yinhuang by intravenous injection is superior to that by intramuscular injection, the effect of Yinhuang with high dose is superior to that of Bingduzuo.
