摘  要:目的探讨血浆内皮素(ET-1)对大鼠梗阻性黄疸肾损伤的作用,以及丹参对肾损伤的保护作用。方法将64只大鼠随机分为4组(每组16只):正常对照组(CN)、假手术对照组(SO)、梗阻性黄疸组(OJ)、丹参治疗组(OJ+SM)。分别于手术后7 d和14 d两个时段检测血浆ET-1,TB,DB,BUN,Cr水平,同时对肾脏行病理形态学观察。结果与CN组和SO组比较,OJ组大鼠血浆ET-1,TB,DB,BUN,Cr水平明显升高(P<0.01),同时伴有肾脏病理形态学的改变。丹参治疗可使血浆ET-1,TB,DB,BUN,Cr水平明显降低,与OJ组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),肾组织形态学变化明显减轻。结论梗阻性黄疸时大鼠血浆ET-1明显升高,与BUN和Cr呈正相关;丹参通过降低血浆ET-1水平对梗阻性黄疸大鼠肾脏起保护作用。Objective To study the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza on the renal injury in obstructive jaundice rats. Methods 64 cases of rats were randomly divided into four groups: the control group(CN) ,sham operated group(SO) ,obstructive jaundice group (OJ) and obstructive jaundice salvia miltiorrhiza treatment group (OJ + SM) , 16 cases in each. Plasma levels of endothelin-1 ( ET-1 ), total bililubin ( TB), direct bililubin ( DB), ures nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) were measured on the 7 th and 14th day after opreration. Renal histopathological changes were observed with light microscopy. Results In OJ group, the plasma levels of ET-1, TB, DB, BUN and Cr were higher than those in SO group(P 〈0.01 ), the plasma levels of ET-1, TB, DB, Cr and BUN in OJ + SM group were lower than those in OJ group(P 〈 0.01 ), renal histopathologieal changes were improved. Conclusion Plasma ET - 1 level increases in Wistar rats with obstructive jaundice, there is a positive correlationship between ET-1 and BUN and Cr, salvia miltiorrhiza may have the function of ameliorating renal disfunction by reducing ET-1 level.
