摘　　要：目的建立降脂减肥片（何首乌，三七，葛根等）的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱法对何首乌、三七、葛根进行了定性鉴别；用高相液相色谱法测定了何首乌中的2，3，5，4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β—D-葡萄糖苷含量。结果TLC色谱中均能明显地检定出何首乌、三七、葛根药材；该品中2，3，5，4：四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量测定线性范围为0．38—3．80μg，平均回收率为99．91％，RSD为1．5％。结论所建立方法简便可行，重现性好，可用于降脂减肥片的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard for Jiangzhijianfei Tablets （ Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Radix Notoginseng and Radix Puerariae, etc. ）. Methods TLC was performed to identify Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Radix Notoginseng and Radix Puerariae. HPLC was used to determine the content of 2,3,5,4＇- tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside. Results Radix Polygoni Multiflor,Radix Notoginseng and Radix Puerariae could be identified by TLC. The quantitative method had the linear rangs of 0.38μg - 3. 80μg .The average recovery was 99.91% and RSD was 1.5%. Conclusion The established method is simple, feasible and reproducible and can be used as the quality standards for Jiangzhijianfei Tablets.
