摘　　要：考虑了人力资本的层次性,对不同的人力资源按其质量进行了加总,构造了反映人力资源开发、配置、使用过程的宏观经济模型.在一般生产函数的简单假定下,证明了该模型存在平衡增长路径;同时分析了在平衡增长路径中,相关因素对经济增长率的长期影响,以及最优人力资本投资比例的存在及其相关决定因素.Considering the heterogenesity of human capital, this paper aggregates different types of human capital according to its quality. Then reflecting the development, allocation and utilization of human resource, an economic growth model is established, with which we first prove the existence of the balanced growth path （BGP）, and then we investigate the influence of corresponding factors have on economic growth in BGP. In the end, we prove that along the BGP, there exists an optimal ratio between investment in human capital and physical capital.
