电针调节外周白细胞作用与脾脏血窦基膜小孔形态的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨脾脏参与电针降低外周血白细胞的过程。方法:雄性家兔40只,随机分为正常组(n=10)、造模组(n=15)、电针治疗组(n=15)。模型组与电针组家兔耳缘静脉注射大肠杆菌培养液复制白细胞增多模型,每天从耳缘静脉采血,测量外周血白细胞计数,造模后每天对电针组进行电针治疗。正常组不予处理。处死前麻醉动物,开腹,制作脾脏的扫描电镜标本,扫描电镜下观察脾血窦基膜小孔口,拍摄数码照片,利用显微图像分析软件计算脾血窦基膜小孔口的直径,面积和周长。结果:电针组白细胞数较模型组恢复快(P<0.01),电针组家兔脾血窦基膜小孔等效直径、面积和周长均小于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:当白细胞计数升高时,电针有助于白细胞计数下降至正常水平,该作用是通过脾脏实现的。Objective： To study the underlying mechanism by which electroacupuncture （EA） regulates the leukocyte count. Methods： The animals were randomly divided into three groups： normal group （n=10）,model group （n=15） and EA therapy group （n=15）. We duplicate the animal model of leukocytosis by bacterium coli injection through ear vein. The peripheral leukocyte count was measured for all animals every day. EA group began to receive acupuncture on the first day after coli form ear vein injection. On the last day,a piece of spleen tissue was cut,and the diameter of splenic sinusoid basal lamina eyehole was observed under microscope. Results： Compared with model group,the peripheral leukocyte count in EA group decreased more rapidly（P 〈 0.01 ）. Moreover, caliber of splenic sinusoid basal lamina eyehole in acupuncture group was smaller than that of the model group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： EA is able to regulate the leukocyte count by improving the spleen activity.
