女萎挥发油成分分析

摘　　要：目的:分析女萎挥发油化学成分。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对浙江产女萎的挥发油成分进行了研究。结果:鉴定出26个组分,其中棕榈酸、植醇、9(Z),12(Z)-十八碳二烯酸、亚麻酸为主要成分,尤其是棕榈酸,其含量占挥发油成分总量的54.80%。结论:本方法为合理开发、利用女萎提供了一定的科学依据。Objective： To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Clematis apiifolia. Methods： The constituents of volatile oil from Clematis apiifolia in Zhejiang province was analyzed by technology of GC/MS. Results： 26 compounds were got and identified in the oil,and the main constituents were hexadecanoic acid,phytol,9 （Z）,12 （Z）-octadecadienoic acid,linolenic acid,and among all of these constituents,the percentage of the content of hexadecanoic acid is 54.80%. Conclusions： The result provides scientific foundation for research of Clematis apiifolia.
