摘  要:目的通过对55例农村乳母乳汁中表皮生长因子、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ和转化生长因子β1等生长因子的测定,探讨其在婴幼儿期乳母乳汁中的含量及分布情况。方法随机整群选取陕西省澄城县5个村55名身体健康的农村乳母,测定其乳汁中生长因子表皮生长因子、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ和转化生长因子β1的浓度。结果1~17个月乳母乳汁中表皮生长因子、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ和转化生长因子β1的浓度变化不大(P>0.05)。结论母乳中表皮生长因子、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ和转化生长因子β1可促进婴幼儿生长发育,建议在合理添加辅助食品的情况下适当延长母乳喂养至1岁半。To study the effects of growth factors in human breast milk on the growth and development of infants by detection of the growth factors, such as epidemal growth factor (EGF) , insulin-like growth factor- I (IGF- I ) and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1 ) in breast milk of 55 breast-feeding women. Methods Using random cluster sampling method, we randomly selected 55 healthy rural breast-feeding women in 5 villages of Cheng Cheng County, Shaan Xi Province and detected the concentrations of various growth factors such as EGF, IGF- I , and TGF-β1 in their breast milk. Results In negard of concentrations of IGF-1, EGF, and TGF-β1, there was little change in breast milk during the first seventeen months ( P 〉 0, 05 ). Conclusion Detection of such growth factors as EGF, IGF-1, and TGF-[31 in breast milk was helpful to further study their effects on the growth and development of infants.
