摘 要:为了研究污水生化处理过程中微生物相的特性与运行状态、处理效果之间的关系,选用SBR试验工艺,以生活污水作为水样直接曝气,通过控制pH值、温度、溶解氧等条件逐步培养活性污泥。期间活性污泥微生物从低级向高级逐步过渡,种类变化界限明晰,经分别分析其对应的环境和水质条件,得出了活性污泥微生物在污水生化处理过程中对运行状态、处理效果的指示规律。SBR technological process was applied for the studies on the relationship between microorganism phase, operating status and treating effect in the course of biochemical treatment,; through direct aeration of domestic sewage, the control of pH, temperature and dissolved oxygen, activated sludge was cultivated gradually; in the course of cultivation, the microorganism in activated sludge transited from low form to higher form with distinct limitation of variety changing. By the analysis of corresponding environment and water quality conditions respectively, the guiding law of activated sludge microorganism for operating status and treating effect in the course of biochemical treatment of sewage was derived.
