摘  要:针对中原油田采出水(污水)污泥残渣量大、腐生菌产生极大的抗药性并大量繁殖、污水处理系统效率下降等问题。在原污水处理工艺的基础上,利用ClO2的强氧化性,提出了“先氧化、后沉降,先杀菌、后控制”的污水处理新思路。通过在胡状污水处理站试验应用,水质稳定达标,解决了水体改性后细菌严重超标的技术难题。经ClO2处理后的注入水对地层无伤害,对地面设备、管网腐蚀较小。同时减少了环境污染。Aiming at the problems of large sludge residues quantity, extremely strong drug resistance of saprophytic bacteria, growth at its large number and treating efficacy lowering in oil field production etc., a technological process with chlorine dioxide was applied for treatment ofoil field sewage. By utilizing the strong oxidation of ClO2, the present authors put forward a new thinking for the sludge treatment of "first oxidation, then sedimentation, first sterilization, then control"; through trial application in Huzhuang Sewage Treatment Station, the effluent quality reached the standard stably to solve the technically difficult problems ofbecteria number exceeding the standard seriously.
