摘 要:研究了不同类型国产阳离子交换树脂对水溶液中西索米星的静态交换吸附性能.考察了各种因素对吸附分离的影响.结果表明:大孔型弱酸性D1树脂对西索米星的吸附容量达20.92×104μg.mL-1;用氨水解吸,解吸率达96.2%.弱酸树脂吸附西索米星的最佳pH值为7.8.较大的溶液浓度和适中的搅拌速度有利于弱酸树脂对西索米星的吸附.The performance of different types of national cation - exchange in the static adsorption experiments of sisomicin. The influences of different resins was investigated adsorption conditions on the adsorption characteristics were studied. Among various resins concerned, D1 has the highest static adsorption capacity of 20.92×10μg·mL^-1 and can be eluted easily with 96.2% with ammonia as eluant. The most suitable pH condition for the adsorption a recovery rate of is 7.8. The thicker concentration and the moderate stirring speed is more favorable for the adsorption of sisomicin by weakly - acid resin.
