摘　　要：黑龙江省存在土地利用结构不尽合理,耕地大量被占,森林资源过分消耗,生态环境受到一定的破坏,土地供需矛盾日益尖锐。本文根据黑龙江省土地资源总体特征和土地资源开发利用存在的主要问题,提出了合理开发利用黑龙江省土地资源的策略选择。In Heilongjiang province,we face many prblems such as reasonaless land-use structure,Land Occupation,wanton depletion of forcst, destruction of ecological enviroment, contradiction of land supply and demand. Basing on characteristic of land resources in Heilongjiaog province and main problems existing in the development and utilization of land resourees, this paper proposes how to choose the measures of rational exploitation and utilization of land resource in Heilongjiang province.
