摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,软件已成为大多数产品的重要组成部分,如何提高软件质量,使软件更好地服务于各种应用需要,已成为各行各业广泛关注的课题。重点讨论了软件企业或组织实施CMM2中的关键过程域-软件质量保证(SQA)的目的、活动、实施方法和可能遇到的问题。提出了实施SQA的方法和步骤。With the development of information technology, software has become the primary part of many products. How to improve the software quality and make the software meet various application requirements, it has become the research subject widely concerned by every walk of life. This paper discusses one of the key process areas in CMM2 - software quality assurance, including the purpose, activities, practices and problems that may be encountered, and presents the ways and steps that implements the SQA.
