绵羊输卵管组织结构的观察

摘　　要：采用冰冻切片、H.E染色法对绵羊输卵管进行了显微观察。结果表明,输卵管伞和漏斗部均为膜性结构。输卵管伞由两侧的假复层柱状纤毛上皮和中央的疏松结缔组织共同构成,没有肌层和外膜;漏斗部由内侧的粘膜和外侧的浆膜构成,没有肌层。壶腹部和峡部由内向外依次可分为粘膜层、肌层和外膜三层。The tissue structure of sheep uterine tube was observed under the microscope by frozen section and H. E staining. The results show that the fimbria tube and infundibular section both are the thecal structure. The former consists of psecudostratified columnar epithelium on the both sides and loose connective tissue in the center without muscular coat and adventitia and later consists of mucous tunica inside and serosa outside without muscular coat. The ampulla and isthmus of uterine tube consists of mucous tunica, muscular coat and adventitia from inner to outer.
