河南省蝙蝠科2种蝙蝠的核型研究

摘　　要：采用取骨髓蒸汽固定法对河南省蝙蝠科2种蝙蝠的核型进行了研究。结果:东亚蝙蝠的染色体数为2n=38,N.F=50,与国外的研究一致,而与金清波的研究迥异。东亚伏翼的染色体数为2n=26,N.F=44,与印度小伏翼、伏翼及印度伏翼的核型非常相似,属于伏翼属较为进化的类群。The karyotypes of V. superans and P. abramus in Henan were studied by the bone marrow cell and steamfixation method. The results show that the diploid chromosome number of V. superans is 38, which is the same as the results studied by foreign researches and different from that reported by JIN Qing-bo, and the diploid chromosome number of P. abramus is 26, which is similar with the karyotypes of P. mimu.s,P. pipistrellus and P. coromandra and belongs to a more developed group in Pipistrellus.
