贵州地方三眠蚕对普通四眠蚕的遗传显隐性研究

摘　　要：采用三眠蚕品种“202”同时与四眠蚕品种781、丰1等杂交,通过对其后代各项性状的表现及眠性遗传显隐性研究,检测贵州地方三眠蚕与普通四眠蚕的遗传显隐性表现,分析贵州地方三眠蚕品种的遗传强势性。结果,贵州地方三眠蚕品种“202”对普通四眠蚕为显性遗传。研究为贵州实用三眠蚕品种的选育准备了基础材料,同时为贵州地方三眠蚕品种遗传改良,育成实用三眠蚕品种提供了理论依据和试验方法。The genetic dominance of local three-molting variety was studied hy analyzing the expression of individual character, genetic dominance and recessiveness of their hybrid subsequent generations between local three-molting silkworm variety （202） and common four-molting silkworm varieties （781 and Feng 1 ）. The results show that the local three molting silkworm variety （202） is the dominant heredity in molting and provide the theoretical basic and experiment method for breeding and genetic improvement of local three-mohing varieties in Guizhou.
