原场猪大肠杆菌多价灭活苗的制备及免疫效果

摘　　要：用从豫北一自繁自养大型养猪场发病仔猪分离到的致病性大肠杆菌血清型菌株O101、O64、O138进行培养，经甲醛灭活，以铝胶佐剂，制成原场猪大肠杆菌灭活苗，含菌量为200亿／mL，分别于产前40d和15d各注射3～4mL／头。仔猪出告后，通．过哺乳可获得一定量抗大肠杆菌抗体，使仔猪对大肠杆菌病具有一定的抵抗力。试验证明，该灭活苗对同型菌株攻毒保护率达86％以上，仔对猪黄白痢有较好的预防作用。The inactivated vaccine with 20 billion/mL was made from three pathogenic colon bacillus strains isolated from the diseased baby pig of pig farm. The sow was twice injected by 3-4mL of the inactivated vaccine before 40d and 15d of preparation and the baby pig has the certain resistant to colon bacillus by milking. The results show that the preventive rate of the inactivated vaccine to the same strain is above 86 %, which is of better preventive effects to yellow scour and white scour of baby pig.
