摘 要:引进固氮甘蔗新品种RB72-454,于2003-2005年在贞丰、望谟坝、坡地进行田间氮肥敏感性、不同用种量、吨糖田土配套技术研究试验示范。结果表明:RB72-454施用尿素20kg/667m^2比F134(CK)施用尿素40kg/667m^2增产41.5%,蔗糖分提高1.24%(绝对值),单位面积产糖量增加59.5%;每667m^2用种量8000芽比10000芽增产7.5%,蔗糖分提高0.5个百分点,单位面积产糖量增加11.0%,节本增效336.4元/667m^2;吨糖田土配套技术集成实施产糖量达1066kg/667m^2,比F134增加47.9%;示范1333.3hm^2,平均比F134增产37.7%,蔗糖分提高1.18个百分点。单位面积产糖量增加49.0%,增收810元/667m^2,项目累计新增产值3960万元,取得经济效益2140.4万元。RB72-454, a new introduced sugarcane variety, was tested to investigate effects of different N and seed amount on its yield on the ground and slope soils in Zhenfeng and Wangmo counties during 2003-2005. The results show that the yield, cane sugar and sugar content of RB72-454with 20kg/667m^2 of N are 41.5%, 1.24% and 59.5% higher than those of F134 (CK) with 40kg/667m^2 of N respectively, the yield, cane sugar and sugar content of 8000 buds/667m^2 are 7. 5%, 0.5 % and 11.0 % higher than those of 10000 buds/667m^2 separately and the former can save 336, 4 yuan/667m^2 compared with the latter. The sugar yield of RB72-454 with a comprehensive cultivation technique is up to 1066kg/667m^2 , 47.9% higher than F134 and the average yield, cane sugar and sugar content of RB72-454 in 1333.3ha are 37.7%, 1.18% and 49.0% higher than F134 respectively and the former can increase the income of 810yuan/667m^2.
