摘  要:用139.21g端基含氢的含氟醇、47.52g丙烯酸和一定量的对甲苯磺酸和对苯二酚,回流反应10-12h,得到含氟丙烯酸酯。含氟丙烯酸酯在复合乳化剂存在下进行乳液共聚,得到稳定的泛蓝光的三元共聚乳液。将其应用于纯棉、涤棉及电力纺3种织物的防水防油处理,防油性能得到明显改善,等级可达90-130。The fluoroacrylate was prepared by esterifying 139.21 g fluoroalcohol with end radical containing hydrogen,47.52 g acrylic acid ,ρ-toluenesulfonic acid and hydroquinone under reflux for 10 - 12 h. The fluoroacrylate was copolymerized in emulsion in the presence of a composite emulsifying agent. A stable blue colored ternary fluorocopolymer emulsion was obtained. By testing water and oil repellency on three kinds of fabrics (cotton, polyester fabric and silk fabric ) finished by the fluorocopolymer emulsion, the results showed that the oil repellency was obviously improved, up to the grade of 90 - 130.
