摘  要:目的 探讨青海田鼠型鼠疫菌的危害性。方法 通过现场调查和实验方法,研究青海田鼠型鼠疫菌对小白鼠、豚鼠、家兔等的毒力。高原鼠兔对青海田鼠型鼠疫菌的感受性,藏系绵羊、高原牦牛以及人群血清鼠疫F1抗体检测等。结果 青海田鼠型鼠疫菌的毒力:对小白鼠的最小致死量(MLD)为10^6、半数致死量(LD50)为43.6(10.5~116.7),对豚鼠的MLD为10^9、LD50为5.6×10^6(2.2×10^5-1.5×10^8),大剂量的青海田鼠型菌可引起个别家兔死亡,但个体差异很大,存在高抗个体。在藏系绵羊中检测出11份鼠疫阳性血清,阳性率达3.6%;本次所检测的牦牛及人群血清全部为阴性;高原鼠兔对青海田鼠型鼠疫菌具有高抗、低感受性。结论 青海田鼠型鼠疫菌有一定毒力,高原鼠兔对此菌有较高的抗性,不足以引起此菌的传播。对家畜具有一定的危害性。Objective To evaluate the harm of m. fuscus type y. pestis. Methods Research into ochotona curzoniae, susceptibility to m. fuscus type y. pesitis and the artificial feeding methods for it, Survey the poision power of m. fuscus type y. pestis to the small white rat. Guinea pig. Domestic rabbit.., etc. The investigation of blood scram to Tibetan sheep (yak) and human being by field investigation and laboratory methods. Results The poislon power of m. fuscus type y. pestis : their MLD in mice and guinea pig is 10^6 and 10^9 bacteria, their LD50 in mice and guinea pig is 43.6 ( 10.5 - 116.7 ) and 5.6 × 10^6 (2.2 ×10^5~1.5×10s) bacteria ;A Lot of m, fuscus type y, pestis can results in death in individual rabbit, But have very discrepancy in individu- 8.1 ,Have high resistance rabbits, to inspectn the plague positive blood - serum in Tibetan sheep positive statute 3.6% . All of yak and human blood - serum were negative. O. curzoniae has high resistance and low susceptibility to the m. fuscus type y. pestls. Conclusions The m. fuscus type y. pestis has some poisonous ,The oehotona curzoniae has high resistance to this bacteria and can't results in disseminate. Have the certain harm to the domestic animal.
