摘  要:条带采煤法是目前实现保水采煤的一种行之有效的方法,关键技术是根据具体的水文地质条件,科学设计开采煤层的采留比参数。结合某设计院为陕北榆阳区沙炭湾煤矿设计的保水采煤方案,通过分析其条带开采方案技术参数的合理性,并应用东北大学RFPA2D数值试验程序模拟了不同采留比的条带开采设计中围岩破坏的力学过程,提出了在浅部煤层实施条带保水采煤的条带开采技术参数。指出需要进行“围岩-煤柱群”整体力学模型计算,只有煤柱群的长时稳定,才能保证水体(含水层)不受破坏,以达到保水采煤的目的。Strip mining is an effective method for mining without destroying water resource currently. Its key technique is that the ratio of mining and remaining is designed reasonably on the basis of real hydrogeology conditions. Based on the design of mining without destroying water resource for Shawan Colliery in Shanbei Yuyang Area by some design institute, the technique parameters rationality of strip mining is analyzed. The mechanics procedures of surrounding rock damage with different ratios of mining and remaining are simulated by RFPA2D of Northeast University and the technique parameters of strip mining without destroying water resource in low-burying coal seam are put forward. Results are gotten as follow: the whole mechanics model calculation of "surrounding rock-coal pillars group" should be needed; only the coal pillar group is stable in long time, water body (aquifer) can be protected from damage and the mining without destroying water resource can be realized.
