摘　　要：VA和VD是机体免疫功能的两种重要调节剂。本文主要论述了VA和VD对机体免疫反应的影响。VA对免疫系统发育、细胞免疫和体液免疫都产生影响。还可用于治疗疾病尤其是癌症。VD对细胞免疫影响较大,其活性代谢物1,25(OH)VD3可用于预防和治疗多种疾病,如癌症、血栓、结核病、多发性硬化症、胰岛素依赖性糖尿病和类风湿性关节炎等多种自身性免疫性疾病。在抑制器官移植排斥反应方面也有较大应用价值。VitaminA and VitaiminD are tow imporant mediator for immune fuction .This article summarized the effect of VA and VD on inunune response .VA has great impact on cell immune and body liquid immune ,also can prevent and treat cancer. VD has great impact on cell immune.The active metabolite of VD 1,25-dihydroxyritaminD3 is applied for prevent and treat many disease ,eg cancer ,thrombus and tubereulosis, 1,25-（OH）2D3 can prevent and treat Experimental Autoimmune Enaphalomyelitris, Insulin-dependent diabetes Mellitus ,Rheumatoid Arthritis etc. autoimmune dieases,also suppress rejection reaction of organ tanplantation.
