摘　　要：本文探讨了在关山水库溢洪道工程项目的采购管理过程中,从项目资金的合理使用角度出发,通过对项目采购的方式选择、组织和制定计划等方面进行管理,最终达到降低采购成本的目的几点做法与体会。This paper discusses the administration for the way selection , organizing and plan of procurement, based on the reasonable using capital to reduce procurement cost, in the procurement administration processing of the spillway project of Guanshan reservoir .
